Peanut Butter & "Enerjelly" Bars

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup dried strawberries or strawberry jam

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds (optional)

STEPS:

  • In a large bowl, mix oats, peanut butter, honey, and dried strawberries or jam.

  • Stir in chia seeds if using, for an extra crunch and nutritional boost.

  • Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for 2 hours to firm up.

  • Once set, cut into squares or bars.

  • These bars are the perfect combo of sweet, salty, and satisfying!
