Peanut Butter & "Enerjelly" Bars
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup oats
1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup dried strawberries or strawberry jam
1/4 cup chia seeds (optional)
STEPS:
In a large bowl, mix oats, peanut butter, honey, and dried strawberries or jam.
Stir in chia seeds if using, for an extra crunch and nutritional boost.
Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for 2 hours to firm up.
Once set, cut into squares or bars.
