Grilled Chicken & Creamy Avocado Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 tomato, sliced

  • 1 whole-wheat wrap

  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (optional)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Instructions:

    1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill on medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Let rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.

    2. Mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Optionally, mix in a tablespoon of Greek yogurt for extra creaminess.

    3. Lay the wrap on a flat surface. Spread the mashed avocado on the center of the wrap.

    4. Add spinach, tomato slices, and the grilled chicken. Roll up the wrap tightly and cut in half!
