    With a maximum capacity of 6 people - you may be moving alone or alongside 5 others also looking for a more individualized experience.

    A space inspired by nature to move more, feel better, and most importantly have fun, all within in a unique outdoor vibe.

    ● Safety is the studio’s top priority, and for that reason operates seasonly. All sessions are always weather dependent, with cancellation policies in place for both the client and studio’s benefit.

    ● Training made up of multiple fundamentals of exercise: strength, cardio, breath-awareness, even stretch & recovery.

    Explore resistance styles: body-weight, free-weights, bands, TRX, ankle weights, & more.

    ● Experience a duality of movement patterns in these workouts with both circuit and beat-based styles.
