Back to those tips:
Rest days are important, but when we miss a workout, or go a couple of days without moving, it's easy for the guilt to set in… WRONG!
I know firsthand that life can come at us CRAZY sometimes, so there are periods when we have to supplement our health and wellness in ways other than through working out.
1. Stretch for 10 minutes
2. Take a walk with a friend, coffee, pet or podcast
3. Time-block your workouts for the remainder of the week
4. Meal prep, because you’re going to have to eat
5. Or just rest, because perhaps that what your body and/or mind needs.
